All city accommodations are with 5-STAR-rated hotels. Village Stay will be at a Homestay to experience the local hospitality.

✅Guaranteed Race Entry: Guaranteed race entry is available to any runner booked and confirmed. The half marathon race fee is an additional $50.00. The 10K race fee is an additional $25.00.

✅ Post-race Massage: 30 minute post-race massage

✅ Daily Lunches: Lunch is included daily during your stay at Bar Peepal Resort Pokhara or similar hotel.

✅ Pre-Race Dinner: Tonight we will enjoy a specially prepared pre-race dinner. We will provide a race course briefing at this time.

✅ Daily Dinner: Dinner is included each evening during your stay at 5 Star Hotel in Pokhara.

✅ Airfare round-trip: From KTM-PKR-KTM

 ✅ Ground transportations: From Pokhara-Yanjakot-Sikles-Pokhara

✅ Accommodations: One night in Yanjakot, One night in Sikles

✅ Post-Race Dinner: Enjoy local cuisine of Skiles ending with a cultural program.

✅ Farewell Dinner: Our farewell dinner will include local cuisine as well as local Nepalese entertainment.

What’s not included

❌ International Airfare: The trip begins and ends in Kathmandu. The city code for Kathmandu is KTM. NOTE: Departure from the USA on March 19 may be required in order to arrive on March 21.

❌ Travel Insurance: Due to the nature and surrounding of this destination, a minimum coverage requirement for Medical Evacuation is required,

❌ Meals not listed

❌ Nepal Travel Visa: This can be secured prior to departure, or upon arrival at the Kathmandu Airport.

❌ 8 Day Trekking: Optional Himalayan Trek Extension - all meals are included, accommodations in tea houses, professional trekking guide.

DAY-TO-DAY Travel SCHEDULE:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. (March 21, 2026)

Day 3: Kathmandu Valley sightseeing. (March 23, 2026)

Upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport, you will need to pay for your local Nepal Visa ($30USD). Locate the payment kiosk and secure your visa. (You can also secure visa before arrival). Proceed to Passport Control. Our company's representative will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport,

Kathmandu, Nepal. He will be displaying the “Alpine Trail Race” LOGO  Flag right in front of the airport terminal for your arrival, and you will be transferred to your respective Hotel by private

tourist vehicle. The drive to the hotel is 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. 

Evening dinner on your own.

Day 2: Explore Kathmandu. (March 22, 2026)

During your rest day in Kathmandu, you'll take a break from your journey to relax and recharge.

 We will go on a cultural sightseeing tour around the Kathmandu valley. Today's tour lists:

- Swoyambhunath (Peace Temple) - the oldest monument in the Kathmandu valley, with a

A huge architecture on the top of the hill,

- Bhaktapur Durbar Square –

This evening, we will meet for the official Trip Briefing and Welcome Reception followed by dinner. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Fly to Pokhara. (March 24, 2026)

Today will present the optional opportunity to experience the Himalayas from the air (extra cost). For those interested, an early wake up call will get you to the airport for a flight to see Mount Everest, and potential views of the other 8000 meter mountain peaks. You will be back in time for breakfast before heading out to  Boudhanath – a massive Buddhist shrine considered the biggest stupa in the world. We will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square - see the temple of the Living Goddess (Kumari) and other medieval architectural wonders. Post Visit we will have lunch at a local restaurant.  The balance of the day at your leisure. Dinner on your own. (B,L)


Day 4: Fly to Pokhara. (March 24, 2026)

The flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara will take approximately 25 minutes. Guests will be met by our local partner, ULTRA TRAILS NEPAL, rep. After checking into the Hotel and getting refreshed, you will have the option to leave for a market visit. Blessed with splendid natural beauty, Pokhara is indeed the best destination in Nepal. Today we will go for a jog/hike to Sarangkot hill top in the evening to catch breath-taking sunset views. Transportation will be provided to return to the hotel from the hilltop after sunset.

Day 5: Race briefing Day. (March 25, 2026)

A Couple of hours' 4WD drive from Pokhara will take us to a serene Gurung community village, Yanjakot. Upon arrival, welcomed by the locals with a garland and local cuisine, and this is where we will start our Trail Race the next day.

 We will enjoy some magnificent views along the way. We spend the night in Yanjakot and go over the race course informations.


Check in at the Community-run Home Stay to experience local hospitality. (B,L,D)


Day 6: Race Day (HM & 10K) March 26, 2026

The race will start sharp at 9 AM from Yanjakot. You will run through the wild gardens of rhododendrons, get greeted by villagers at Tanting along the way, and make your final ascent to the FINISH line at a beautiful and one of the largest Gurung Community Villages in the Area "Sikles". We will be welcomed by villagers with a garland and delicious local cuisine after the race. In the evening, we will have a local traditional cultural program to end the night and stay at one of the cozy home stays. (B,L,D)

After an early morning breakfast, we will take a 3-hour 4WD drive back to Pokhara from Sikles. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check in at the Hotel and rest for a few hours. You will have the option to participate in extra activities, such as zip lining, boating, or simply stay back and relax on your own terms. (B,D)

Today we will explore Pokhara's landmarks and enjoy natural beauties. Early morning we will go have a sunrise view from Sarangkot, followed by a visit to World Peace Pagoda, Gupteswar Gupha (Cave). For thrill seekers, you can try Experience paragliding. (B,L,D)

Day 9: Back to Kathmandu. (March 29, 2026)

Day 7: Back to Pokhara. (March 27, 2026)

Flying back to Kathmandu is a captivating experience, with the Himalayas coming into view and the city's vibrant blend of tradition and modernity welcoming you. We will head to KTM on an early morning flight. We will have a farewell Dinner ending the night with a cultural program. (B, D)

Day 10: Fly Back Home Or Start Trek (March 30, 2026)

Day 11 - Day 16: Trek Namche - Tengboche - Fly Back to KTM (March 31 - April 6, 2026)

Today marks either a fond farewell—with memories to last a lifetime—or the beginning of new adventures on the trek to Namche Bazaar and Tyangboche.


For those not joining the trek, thank you for being part of this journey. We wish you safe travels—your hotel pickup for the airport will be about 3 hours before departure.


This morning, we take a helicopter from Kathmandu to Lukla, ensuring a smooth and timely arrival in the heart of the Himalayas. Greeted by our Sherpa team, we set off toward Phakding along scenic trails of forests and rivers. Porters will meet us there with your gear, leaving you free to enjoy the journey with only a light day pack. Pack an extra T-shirt, socks, and some dry snacks to take with you.

Accommodations: The Himalayan – Phakding
Trekking time: ~3 hours
Distance: 4.7 miles (7.5 km)

In this Journey, you will once again hike through a colorful rhododendron forest and enjoy the majestic views of  Kwangde (6,011m), Thamserku (6,623m), Kangtega (6,782m), Nuptse (7,861m), Lhotse (8,516m), Ama Dablam (6,812m), and, of course, Mount Everest (8,848m).  

You will also get to see the elusive locally beleived to be YETI's Scalp at Khumjung Monastery along the way.
